
American actor Thomas William Selleck. His most memorable role was as the private investigator Thomas Magnum in the television series Magnum, P.I. He was nominated for five Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Lead Actor In the Drama Series (1980-1988), and won the Emmy Award in 1985. Since the year 2010, Selleck has co-starred in the role of New York City Police Commissioner Frank Reagan in the series Blue Bloods. Since 2005, he has played the role of Jesse Stone, a troubled police chief from a small town in New York City. He has also been featured in nine television films which are based on Robert B. Parker novels. Selleck has also been seen in films as Peter Mitchell, a bachelor architect as seen in Three Men and a Baby (1987), and Three Men and a Little Lady (90).
